Mr. Talat Hussain obtained his LL.B degree from International Islamic University, Islamabad, in 2001. He was admitted to the Bar in 2001 and enrolled as an Advocate of High Court in 2003. Currently he is enrolled as an advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
He started his career as a litigation lawyer, he has the opportunity to regularly appear before the District Courts as well as the High Courts, NAB Courts, Federal Services Tribunal, and Federal Shariat Court for numerous civil and criminal cases of various natures, both at trial and appellate level.
Mr. Talat has been associated with a leading law firm of Pakistan, namely, Averoses Advocates and Legal Consultants, which is headed by Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif. During his association with Averoses, he has the privilege to represent the firm in some of the high-profile cases of the country. He was also been appointed as a member free legal aid team of Aqlaal Advocates, a leading corporate law firm, where he rendered his legal services with full devotion.
In his litigation career, Mr. Talat has been appointed as the external legal counsel of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority where he has the honor to represent PTA in different Courts of law.
