Mr. Sibghatullah Ahsan leads the contract drafting and legal opinions segment. He has experience as in-house counsel and as a legal consultant. His area of expertise is contracts related to human resources, sale and distribution, marketing, sale-purchase, franchises, bank financing (including Islamic banking and finance), leases, and much more. He has also been working on regulatory, corporate compliance, governance, and secretarial matters. He has been working with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and Pak Telecom Mobile Limited.
