Mr. Ahsan is a seasoned corporate lawyer with experience of more than 22 years as an in-house counsel and as an attorney. He started his career as an associate in a law firm and then moved on to corporate sector. After gaining multi-dimentional experience as an in-house corporate lawyer joined AL RUSHD.

As a corporate lawyer, he developed expertise in contract drafting & reviewing, legal analysis & opinions, company law & regulatory compliance, litigation, and arbitration. As an in-house counsel, he served at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (Ufone), and Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Qualifications
He holds an LL.B (Hons.) and MSc. (Islamic Banking and Finance) from International Islamic University, Islamabad. He also holds an LL.M (Commercial Law) from the University of Management & Technology.
Besides his commitments in the legal profession, Mr. Ahsan has been teaching law at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, and International Islamic University, Islamabad. Moreover, he is also active in pro bono services for community development.
